Rita Fan is the Head of Marketing of Nestle Hong Kong, leading the retail and foodservice marketing teams of ice cream & chilled business. Rita is an all-rounded marketing professional with nearly 20 years of marketing management experience in FMCG industry.

Prior to joining Nestle, Rita has been working in Lee Kum Kee HK for over 18 years with extensive experience in both global and local brand management. She has proven track records of bringing Lee Kum Kee brand to its new heights, especially in HK market. She also contributed to the success of Lee Kum Kee in expanding the product portfolio from sauce category to a new arena – ready-to-eat food category.

With her current position as Head of Marketing – Ice Cream & Chilled Businesses in Nestle, Rita leads her team to formulate winning marketing strategies and initiatives to stimulate sustainable growth for the business and drive Nestle brand’s market leadership position in ice cream & chilled segments.
