Jessica Yeung is Assistant Vice President of F&B Marketing Partnership at Galaxy Entertainment Group, where she drives the strategy and execution of marketing and communications for the prestigious food and beverage sector at Galaxy Macau. The integrated resort is renowned for its nine award-winning hotels and over 120 dining venues, ranging from Michelin-starred restaurants to local delicacies.

In this capacity, Jessica applies her strategic mindset and passion for customer engagement to launch consumer-centric marketing campaigns. These initiatives reinforce Galaxy Macau’s status as a must-visit dining destination while delivering measurable business impact.

Her diverse background spans hospitality, property management, and creative agencies, providing deep expertise in integrated marketing, branding, loyalty programs, and e-commerce.

Previously, Jessica served as Head of Marketing & E-commerce at Hung’s Food Group, where she oversaw Yoshinoya and Maria’s Bakery. Her career also includes senior marketing roles at Link REIT, Fairwood, Cafe Deco Group, and Maxim’s Caterers.
