Heidi Thompson is the creative director and head of marketing at CARAT* London. Working alongside her husband and founder Scott Thompson, she launched the brand’s fashion collections and has lifted CARAT* to significant levels of success. From everyday polished-stud earrings to bold statement pieces with hand-cut created gem stones, CARAT* has become one of the world’s leading jewellery brands.

Since 2011, CARAT* has been a committed supporter of the arts through its sponsorship of the BAFTA Television Awards, a foundation that has been credited with launching many of the world’s greatest talents. Numerous high-profile actresses and artists have walked the red carpet adorned with CARAT* jewellery, including Pixie Lott, Lady Gaga, Olivia Palermo, Lily Allen, Ellie Goulding, Nicole Scherzinger and Susan Sarandon.

Previously, Heidi worked as an assistant for DJ Steve Aoki and at a design studio in Paris with clients, including Baccarat, Hennessy XO, Swarovski, Christofle, Issey Miyake and Vertu. She is also an accomplished calligrapher and has worked with the world’s top fashion houses. She is fluent in Korean and French.
