At Shihlin Taiwan Street Snacks, she currently leads Marketing, Food Innovation, Food Automation, and the brand’s Rebranding 2.0 initiatives, steering the company’s evolution while honouring its rich Taiwanese street food heritage.

Previously, Jessie played a pivotal leadership role at Singapore’s largest catering group, overseeing brand and communications strategies across 14+ retail and catering brands, supporting a successful IPO on SGX, leading M&A initiatives, and championing sustainability efforts as President of the Sustainability Committee for over eight years.
