About the Awards
MARKETING-INTERACTIVE returns with the ninth edition of The Loyalty & Engagement Awards to celebrate the best loyalty and engagement campaigns designed to attract, retain, and appreciate an organisation’s biggest advocates – their customers and their people.
Open to any client company (public, private or NGO) or from partners or agencies entering on behalf of their clients, this annual awards seeks to give merit to the most effective, innovative and deserving consumer-centric programmes and schemes.
The Loyalty & Engagement Awards is the only event in the Asia Pacific region focused completely on customer loyalty and engagement. Entries are sought from across South Asia, Southeast Asia and ANZ regions*.
43 categories covering broader vertical engagement bases and loyalty schemes are open for submission this year.
Judged by an independent panel of senior, client-side marketers, the awards present the perfect opportunity to not only showcase your best work to the wider industry but increase your credibility and claim your position at the forefront of success.
Four overall titles – the L&E 2022 Brand of the Year, Loyalty Agency of the Year, Engagement Agency of the Year, and Relationship Marketing Agency of the Year – will also be awarded to the most successful agencies and brand at the awards ceremony.
