Vicky’s leadership not only reinforces the group’s strategic objectives but also contributes to the implementation of comprehensive communication initiatives, stakeholder engagement, media relations, and effective management of issues and crises.   

Vicky is an experienced and innovative leader in award-winning marketing and exhibition events, public relations projects, and brand management campaigns. Her passion for creativity, commitment to teamwork, and determination in overcoming challenges have empowered her to lead and create unprecedented, celebrated events throughout her 22 years working in various organisations.  Previously, she served as the Corporate Communications Director at L’Oréal Hong Kong, Head of Corporate Affairs of Ngong Ping 360 Limited at The MTR Corporation, Team Leader of the Public Affairs Department at Swire Properties Ltd., and Chief Instructor (PR) at the Chinese Culinary Institute of the Vocational Training Council.
