He currently serves as the Head of Corporate Affairs at AstraZeneca Hong Kong and Macau, where he leads Government Relations, Public Relations, and Communications initiatives. He plays a pivotal role in stakeholder engagement and ecosystem development, driving AstraZeneca’s mission to improve healthcare access and foster innovation in the region.

Before joining AstraZeneca, Charles was the Senior Corporate Communications Manager at Cyberport, where he spearheaded strategic and corporate communications initiatives, positioning the tech hub as a leader in innovation. Prior to that, he served as the Regional Manager for Political & Government Outreach at Meta, where he launched high-impact programs that engaged stakeholders across Mainland China, Hong Kong, Mongolia, and Central Asia. He also held communications roles at Sun Hung Kai Properties, where he led the community and corporate affairs functions, enhancing the company’s reputation and strengthening stakeholder engagement efforts.
