Candy Lui is the Head of Communications for Uber Hong Kong (and Macau), where she oversees all public relations, communications strategy, and social media across both regions.

Candy brings a diverse and robust background spanning media, public service, and corporate communications to her role. She began her career in broadcast journalism before transitioning to public affairs within the Hong Kong government, where she successfully managed public relations for major land creation and infrastructure projects. Prior to joining Uber, Candy served as the Senior Manager of Corporate Communications at Octopus, leading stakeholder engagement, strategic communications, and crisis management.

With a proven track record of navigating complex communication landscapes across both public and private sectors, Candy is passionate about driving impactful storytelling and brand reputation in the region.
