Agnes Tsang is currently the Head of External Affairs at Rosewood Hotel Group and Chow Tai Fook Jewellery Group, overseeing public affairs and government relations.
Agnes has a wealth of tri-sector experience in the media, the government, international NGOs and companies. Agnes was previously the Hong Kong Director of an international communications advisory firm, the Government Relations and Public Affairs Director of the American Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong and a Senior Researcher at the Central Policy Unit of the HKSAR Government. Agnes also served NGOs including WWF Hong Kong and Mother’s Choice in strategic communications and advocacy after her previous roles at international risk consultancies, the LegCo, Hong Kong Standard and Reuters.
Agnes received a Bachelor’s degree in Social Science majoring in Government and Public Administration at the Chinese University of Hong Kong and a Master’s degree in Education at the University of Hong Kong
