Prudence Lau is an experienced marketing professional with over a decade of expertise in branding, public relations, and marketing. Her passion for working with beloved brands led her to join Cathay, where she currently serves as the Head of Customer Relationship Marketing. In this role, Prudence focuses on growing the Cathay membership program by devising new member acquisition strategies, engaging and retaining high-value members.

Before joining Cathay, Prudence worked with several iconic brands, including Hong Kong Disneyland, eBay, and Yahoo!. She is excited to be a part of the Markies’ marketing award judging process this year.
