With over two decades of experience, Li Ching leads the marketing and communications function at ETC, a full-service real estate consultancy in Singapore. She oversees a broad portfolio — spanning corporate communications, brand and property marketing, media relations, social and digital campaigns, and events — positioning ETC as a trusted player in the real estate services sector.

She also serves as Group Head of Marketing & Communications at Realion Group, the parent company of ETC and OrangeTee. At the Group level, Li Ching drives overarching brand strategy and integrated campaigns, ensuring alignment and cohesion across Realion’s entities as the Group scales its presence in the market.

Li Ching’s career spans both in-house and agency roles. She spent the majority of her time in-house within the real estate sector, leading high-impact, business-aligned campaigns. Earlier in her career, she managed agency accounts such as Coca-Cola, Hitachi and Japan Airlines, and supported Silicon Valley start-ups entering Asia through strategic communications. She also served as media advisor to the Pharmaceutical Society of Singapore.
