Kiran is the Director of Marketing & Communications at W Kuala Lumpur, the leading city escape in the heart of Kuala Lumpur city centre and part of Marriott International, Inc. that embraces diversity through local communities and collaborations which makes the brand the ultimate luxury owning the next generation space which also allows her the freedom and self-confidence to be herself. W defies expectations while breaking the norms of traditional luxury wherever the iconic W sign lands.

As a connector, she has over 17 years’ experience directing PR & marketing campaigns in both agency and in house settings. She has proven success developing, managing and implementing media strategies and measuring results across traditional and digital channels. She has held roles in Hilton Malaysia under the National Marketing Office where she was the PR manager. Prior to that, she was at Cohn & Wolfe Malaysia where she ran consumer accounts and a combined specialism in the travel, lifestyle, digital and corporate space from Nestlé, Dulux to Tourism Western Australia offering a full PR and digital service to local businesses as well as regional support to global brands.

She now leads a team of future hospitality connectors under W to plan and implement the PR & Marketing initiatives for the most innovative and cutting-edge hotel in the city.
