Joanne Wong leads the brand and marketing team in ECON Healthcare Group – a home-grown, leading senior healthcare service provider with presence across Singapore, Malaysia and China. Prior to joining the senior healthcare leader, Joanne was with BreadTalk Group and rose through ranks from leading the marketing team in the Bakery Division as a Senior Marketing Manager to heading up the Group’s corporate affairs and communications as a Group Brand Director. Instrumental in developing innovative brand concepts within the Group, she has also championed successful launches of several new brand concepts and creative marketing initiatives, achieving its business objectives under her stewardship.
Joanne started her career in advertising and spent her first half of a decade-long career life working in both local and advertising agencies managing local and global brands such as Singapore Airlines, GlaxoSmithKline, Kia and DBS. Amassing these experiences, she developed a strong passion to build brands from local to glocal – and enjoys the process of building brand charisma. When she’s not exhibiting her local vibes, she will be actively uncovering places on her bike and promoting mindfulness, self-care and fitness with her social community.
