Zainab Sadat is currently the President and General Manager for GSK Philippines leading a diverse and complex business with almost 400 e mployees. Prior to this appointment, Zainab was GSK’s Pharma Commercial Head for Intercontinental Region for the Established Portfolio , covering 8 markets including Japan, Canada, Korea, Australasia, Taiwan, Singapore, and Hong Kong.

Zainab has a diversified experience of over 18 years in the pharmaceutical industry and has held roles spanning across Marketing & Sales, Business Development, Strategy, Commercial Operations and Corporate Crisis/Change Management. Prior to leading CEP as Head of Intercontinental, Zainab was the Chief of Staff and Strategy Director for Asia-Pacific, Australia, and China where she also played the role of Board Secretary for GSK Singapore Country Board across the enterprise and oversees business and commercial relations with Singapore Economic Development Board, liaising with different functions across GSK as Task force lead.

Zainab is married and has two young children. As a fitness and wellness enthusiast, Zainab engages in Yoga and Pilates for her physical activity and on some days, tries to catchup on her love for reading.
