Sree has worked in a variety of industries, including telecommunications, insurance, consumer banking, and fast-moving consumer goods. Sree is a Customer Experience expert who takes delight in transforming organizations to become more customer-centric in their operations. She is a big believer in listening to the voice of customers and acting on their pain points. In addition, she has also delivered organization wide transformation projected focusing on driving efficiency fuelled by automation, RPA and AI.
