Leong Sook Fun is the Managing Director of Bayer Co. Malaysia and Country Division Head of Bayer Consumer Health Division for Malaysia, Singapore and Brunei cluster.

She brings with her over 25 years of commercial and marketing experience in fast-moving consumer goods and consumer health industries with the world’s most admired MNCs such as Bayer, Roche, Coca Cola and Unilever.   Under Sook Fun’s dynamic leadership, Bayer Consumer Health has consistently outperformed the market in recent years, fueled by the strong growth and success of the Redoxon and Berocca brands.

Sook Fun also Co-chairs the Consumer Health Committee in the Pharmaceutical Association of Malaysia (PhAMA) and leads the Self-Care project team to advance the greater purpose.

Sook Fun is a firm believer that self-care is an essential part of well-rounded healthy lifestyle and is passionate about building brands that genuinely help people feel better and live healthier.  She enjoys being part of diversity in action and in her free time, she enjoys fitness, music and the beach.
