When asked, most of her friends would cite Kylie as being fun and energetic. Adventurous by nature, she started her career in F&B, pioneering one of the first karaoke lounges in Malaysia, before joining YTL group and subsequently Nando’s management teams. In 2007, she took the plunge into the banking industry, where she has been exploring different portfolios for the past decade, ranging from product development, customer events, system enhancements, process streamlining, and even proposition launches. One of her biggest strengths lie in stakeholder management, a.k.a. her amazing ability to make friends no matter where she goes.

A dedicated mother of two, she and her husband are avid foodies who love looking for hangouts to “jiak”. She also enjoys reading in her spare time, and pays great attention to self-care. One of her latest passions is aromatherapy, and her favourite scent is Frankincense.
