Freddie brings 18 years of dynamic experience in FMCG, his expertise spans marketing management, digital strategy, consumer insights, innovations development, and P&L management.

His career has progressed with Mondelez, Samsung, F&N Beverages, and notably excelled at Campbell’s overseeing Southeast Asia Prego & Kimball Pasta brands, later transitioning to The Arnott’s Group export commercial head, specialising in strategic market expansions and sales operations. At Unilever Food Solutions, Freddie led as brand & innovation lead for Malaysia & Singapore.

Currently serving as marketing director at Tyson Foods Malaysia, he specialises in B2C and B2B marketing strategy development. Freddie is instrumental in expanding portfolio footprint in Malaysia Cluster, emphasising the premium positioning of Tyson frozen poultry, and volume leadership of First Pride nuggets and snack series.

He is recognised for his holistic marketing management skills, strategic vision in driving innovation, strong focus on brand awareness, business growth and commercial integration within the industry.
