Callista is a seasoned marketer with a solid foundation in the FMCG industry. She has been acknowledged for her experience around brand building campaigns, business acumen skills, turning around struggling brands, retail marketing, building a strong talent pipeline and leading cross functional teams towards the same goals. She is now the Associate Marketing Director for the largest category, Oral Care in Colgate Palmolive covering Malaysia, Singapore & Indonesia. Prior to this, she helmed various marketing roles in Unilever, Heineken and Mondelez. She remains excited to continually challenge herself in merging data & consumer insights to bring strategies on paper to life.
