Boon Jin Ong

Boon Jin has more than 19 years of local and regional experience in marketing communications, branding, digital marketing, advertising, sports and project management.

Most recently, Boon Jin is the Head of Marketing in a Korean Multinational where is tasked to lead and guide their marketing team in functions such as Brand, Media, Social, PR, KOL Management, Activation and Design.

Prior to this, Boon Jin has been consulting with start-ups and established companies in the areas of Go-To-Market, Sports Marketing, Business Strategy, Marketing Communications, Branding and Digital Strategies with his own consulting business where he worked with many industry leaders and start-ups.

Boon Jin has worked with some notable local and international brands such as Petronas, Sime Darby, Hitachi, Suzuki, Subway, and Eleven Sports Network where he managed all marketing communication, sponsorships and event management responsibilities.

Before moving over to the client side, Boon Jin spent 13 years in the advertising industry in account servicing and strategic planning where he successfully developed and maintained strong working relationships with local and multinational corporations both locally and internationally.

Boon Jin graduated from the University of Queensland in Australia where he obtained a Bachelor of Business Management majoring in Marketing.
