Caroline is a marketing professional who has led strategies in customer acquisition and engagement through online and offline channels. As Chief Customer Officer of one of the leading family entertainment centre Groups in Asia Pacific, Caroline champions and drives the teams towards a customer-centric organization, putting the customer first in all aspects of doing business, through all touchpoints in the customer journey.

Prior to her current role with The Entertainment and Education Group (TEEG), Caroline was Head of Digital Marketing for the Fairmont, Raffles and Swissotel group where she spearheaded digital transformation. Before joining the FEC industry, Caroline worked for over 20 years in travel and hospitality, from revenue management roles to marketing strategist to a policy-maker role in the Singapore Tourism Board.
