Vivienne Chiu is the Chief Brand and Communications Officer of BOC Group Life Assurance
Company (“BOC Life”), spearheading the company’s brand marketing, corporate communications and sustainability functions.
Vivienne began her career as a financial journalist and TV news presenter. Prior to joining the
company, she has held key leadership positions in renowned MNCs and blue-chip companies
spanning banking and finance, FinTech, utility, technology and media industries, focusing on
Asia Pacific and global markets. She is a veteran marketing communications leader with extensive experience in corporate strategy and Board level strategic counsel, omni marketing communications, branding and digital marketing, public affairs, media and government relations as well as corporate sustainability development. She is an experienced media and crisis communications trainer and an adjunct professor teaching postgraduate courses at universities.

Vivienne holds an MBA degree and a Bachelor of Social Science degree in Communication.
She is also a Certified ESG Planner (CEP). She is an award winner of the Hong Kong Youth
Literary Award with published works featuring novels, proses as well as columns.
