Katrina Tse is Cluster Director of Digital Marketing for Hyatt Hotels and Resorts, a leading global hospitality company. Responsible for the development of digital strategies and digital transformation including digital payment and partnerships for Hyatt Hong Kong hotels.
Katrina has been associated with digital marketing and advertising industry for over a decade and brings with her an experience gained across international brands. Katrina started the digital media journey with Ogilvy Hong Kong before took up the digital marketing roles. She has extensive client relationship experience and was leading Neo@Ogilvy as Associate Media Director. She has also held digital marketing roles at Finance industry including American Express and HSBC, bringing rich acquisition and marketing experiences and many digital first projects before she took up her current role.
