As the Head of Marketing Communication and CRM of Sony Hong Kong, Jason Kwok oversees company’s full-funnel marketing communications including online and social media, advertising and promotion, visual merchandising, public relations as well as eCommerce business. With the application of Martech and integrated marketing strategies, Sony Hong Kong aimed to continuously improve customer satisfaction and elevate the brand image towards the next generation.

Before stepping to be the Head of Mar Comm, Jason worked in Sony Hong Kong as product manager of digital cameras and category head of personal audio products, which equipped him with solid experience of marketing and business management skills.
