Elizabeth Yau is an experienced business and marketing communications professional with over 15 years of expertise in the hospitality and automotive industries. As the Director of the Communications & Project Management Office at Marriott International in Hong Kong, she is spearheading leadership communication, change management communications, and driving strategic initiatives. Prior to Marriott, she worked at Maserati and The Peninsula, where she led external communication, public relations, industry analyst relations, regional partnerships, and content strategies to elevate the companies’ overall brand premiumization for the region. 

Elizabeth holds an MBA degree from The University of Hong Kong. Passionate about learning and developing the next generation of marketing communications talent, she shares her expertise by serving on judging panels for industry awards and nurturing young professionals.
