Passionate and award-winning marketer, Gian Chan is currently the Associate Director of Sanrio Global Asia. Inspired by Sanrio’s vision of “One World, Connecting Smiles”, Gian believes in spreading smiles and happiness to the world – through the power of branding and marketing. Her recent project for “Times Square x Mr. Men Little Miss 50th Anniversary: Discover You” won the Gold award in the Markies Award for “Best Use of Venue” in 2022.
Prior to Sanrio, Gian held marketing roles at international brands across different industries such as Electronic Arts, South China Morning Post, Microsoft and Hong Kong Coliseum. She also holds a Master of Management (Tourism) and Bachelor of Management (Marketing) from University of South Australia.
