Anne Sham is an experienced marketer, currently serving as the North Asia Marketing Head for Pet Nutrition at Mars Wrigley Asia. Guided by Mars’ vision to “Building a Better World for Pets,” Anne leads the development of portfolio, communication, and local implementation strategies for a wide range of global pet nutrition brands, including such iconic names as Cesar, Sheba, Temptations, and Greenies. Her success in driving sustainable growth spans multiple markets, including Korea, Taiwan, and Hong Kong.

With over a decade of hands-on experience in brand marketing and category leadership, Anne is a seasoned marketing pro who has worked across both the Confectionery and Pet Nutrition industries. She is equally skilled in stakeholder management, consistently delivering results through her ability to influence and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels – both locally and globally.
