Heidi Chu is an experienced marketing and business executive with proven success in strategic marketing, brand management, communications, new product development, retail marketing strategy and commercialization. Heidi started her marketing career in FMCG, medical & healthcare company. In the recent years, she joined top leading luxury retail brands to take up a major role of business transformation, market & customer segmentation, and develop growth strategy.

With a passion for the integration of intuitive consumer communication & curated retail experiences into product development and commercialization activities, Heidi has been an active and committed leader with expertise in building, coaching and driving teams to build the success together. In the past one year, Heidi joined the leadership team at BSH Home Appliance Hong Kong. Her mission is to rejuvenate Bosch as premium home appliance brand and drive sustainable growth in Hong Kong.
