For over 20 years, Jo have been in the agency industry, passionately building her client’s brand, business and communications strategy. She spent over 20 years in Brand Building, Business Planning, Media and Creative Solutions for her clients.

Her core industries expertise, to name a few are Financial Institutions, Telecommunications, Automotive, Consumer Electronic and Fintech.

She was with Grey for over six years as the General Manager of Grey Malaysia. Her primary responsibilities include managing the agency’s operations, new business development, profitability of the business, and managing key clientele such as TM unifi, Maybank, CIMB, Coway, Lenovo, HSBC, Oppo, Carlsberg Brewery Malaysia Berhad. Before joining Grey Malaysia, she worked at Invictus Blue (previously known as Zenith) as Group Planning Director for approximately six years. During her time there, she led a team of eight and was responsible for about 30% of the agency’s revenue and billings.

In 2020, she was given the opportunity to manage a team of 18 in RinggitPlus as the Chief Marketing Officer. As previously in Grey, she was only managing her client’s brand communications, with her joining RinggitPlus she now able to contribute and build this homegrown brand for financial services in Malaysia. She believe that all Malaysians should be equipped with the knowledge to make smart financial decisions, and her vision is to further cement RinggitPlus position as the go-to destination for everyone to learn, search, compare, and get the best-suited financial products.
