Nix has over 18 years of brand, sales and marketing experience in multiple industries across media, tourism and energy retailing. A firm believer of driving innovation and transformation, she has led successful campaigns that connects new experiences with consumers. Currently, Nix heads up the marketing and community engagement team, at SDC, which focuses on driving the loyalty programme, Sentosa Islander and working with strategic partners to drive local engagement. Events are a big part of the engagement strategy to reach out to the community groups.

Prior to returning to SDC, she was with YTL PowerSeraya, who successfully launched the new energy retail brand Geneco during the opening of the electricity market in Singapore. She spearheaded the brand and marketing efforts and led the brand to be the leading energy retailer with more than 30% market share in a short one-year span.

Nix started her career with MediaCorp, and is always passionate about the media industry, especially radio. Her work there includes overseeing all PR, promotions, events and talent management at Y.E.S 93.3FM, top radio station in Singapore. Her most memorable event was producing the first Global Chinese Music Awards show in Singapore at the Indoor Stadium.
