Monica, a bespoke luxury specialist now heads A2A Safaris’ | A2A Journeys’ Singapore office and she is focused on further expanding their global networks in Asia. A visionary leader, bringing over 25 years of experience in running agencies, launching and establishing brands, developing 360° marketing and communications strategies, cultivating global networks across diverse industries in Singapore, South East Asia, Asia Pacific and Middle East markets.

Monica has an entrepreneurial-minded and is a customer focused Luxury Specialist with a desire to build and expand a successful businesses. She has a successful track record in winning awards, new businesses, leading innovation campaigns and managing diverse teams at both agency and in-house roles. Monica has held senior positions in multi-national corporations, luxury retail conglomerates, international PR consultancies, leading hospitality chains, global telecommunications, family owned businesses, public listed firms and quasi-government organisations; including building up and heading two award-winning integrated marketing, PR and events boutique consultancies, one of which she founded.

Over time, she has created a niche in the luxury retail, hospitality, food & beverage, tourism, art, entertainment and consumer lifestyle sectors. Recognised for her innovative brand building campaigns and strong global media networks which have been a major driving force behind many brands’ and companies’ rapid brand awareness.

Her achievements includes the rebranding of Hyatt Regency to Grand Hyatt, Regent Singapore, launch of CHIJMES, mezza9, BRIX, Gardens By The Bay and JW Marriott Singapore South Beach. Her most recent projects were at The Fullerton and Shangri-La Singapore.
