With experience ranging from establishing leads management framework to analytics and search optimisation, he currently leads the digital marketing team at WRS, where he leads the various digital initiatives, from platform development, digital campaign management to social media management.

With a wide exposure to various industries, from telecommunication, financial services to hospitality, Damon also has a keen eye for data. As a firm believer in analytics driven decision-making, he thrives on driving a team culture from activities-driven to demand-generation behavior, with key ROI metrics across marketing campaigns.
