Spending more than a decade of his career in the events industry, Brian is well-regarded for his excellent track record of conceptualizing, experiential planning and executing on a variety of large-scale conferences, trade shows, business and social events in APAC.

Beginning his career in Koelnmesse as a Project Executive, Brian managed all exhibition aspects for SIGGRAPH Asia and oversees the APAC’s sales effort for Gamescom. Thereafter, MecklerMedia presented him with the opportunity to lead the sales acquisitions for their newly established multi-city conference, Inside 3D Printing in Asia.

At Facebook, Brian is one of pioneer members that established the Global Marketing Events team in the region. The team supports the strategy, creative and execution of events across a number of internal verticals, partners and functions, that span across multiple types of audiences over hundreds of events annually. Currently, he oversees large complex tier 1 events for the business and provides consultative guidance on event strategy that edge stakeholders to success.

Till date, some of Brian’s notable works include winning the “Best Exhibitor Award” for Facebook Gaming at Thailand Game Show, project managed the launch and physical build of the Innovation Lab in Korea and, driving high priority events that showcase Facebook’s innovations.

Brian thrives on creating brand experiences that encapsulate the Facebook brand through environment and design, bringing people together in a live space.
