With a career spanning close to 20 years, Aloysius was always driven to push the boundaries of events, crafting experiences that are memorable and being the forefront of experiential marketing. This has led him to start AHeM Ideas after his early careers in Beyond DDB and Leo Burnett. His passion combined with professionalism has enabled him to work with both domestic and international brands across industries such as MNCs, automotive, telco, FMCG and various more.

Among his most successful and favourite events are ASE (Association of Space Explorers) 23rd Planetary Congress held in Malaysia, Miss World Malaysia pageants, and a concept event that revived a 500-year-old Malaysian ancient spice market that is now being showcased around the world. Whenever he creates and produces any events for both on-ground and live TV, he ensures they will leave a lasting impression on the audience.
