Martin is a passionate brand builder with over 11+ years of local, regional and global marketing in the FMCG industry. Martin has worked across multiple cities in Asia – Manila, Singapore, Shanghai and now calls Bangkok his second home for 3 years already.

With solid experiences as a brand leader, Martin is able to rally his team, and the various cross-functional and agency partners into a single-minded vision. Having lived in several cities and immersing himself into different cultures have also equipped him to be highly agile, adaptable and action oriented.

Currently, he leads regional marketing for Eucerin, a global skincare brand in the dermocosmetic segment. In his role, he leads GTM strategies across multiple product categories, new launches, and holistic marketing campaigns spanning Asia which has led to Eucerin successfully securing the top market leadership position in key markets such as Thailand & Malaysia.

In his previous roles, Martin has also demonstrated extensive experience in impacting brand growth across various beauty and personal care brands from Unilever (Tresemme, Clear, Lux), L’Oreal (Ralph Lauren, Giorgio Armani, YSL), Henkel (Schwarzkopf, Syoss) and also in the beverage industry with PepsiCo (Pepsi, Mirinda, 7UP, Gatorade, etc).
