Sally Lai

Sally Lai is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience across continents and many disciplines including organisation transformation, business strategy, digitisation, sales and marketing.
Sally currently serves as the Regional Director, Marketing, and Asia at Rentokil Initial. She joined the company in 2021 and is responsible for Rentokil Initial’s Go-To-Market and marketing optimisation across 13 local markets.
Previously, Sally has led field and channel marketing teams in Asia Pacific for industrial conglomerates, including Rockwell Automation and Schneider Electric and also held senior management roles in Wyndham Destinations and Autodesk.
Beyond work, she has a strong passion for Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) in young students. She actively volunteers in TOUCH Community Services and provide mentorship to students from low income and single parent families. She coaches them for communications, leadership and STEM coding in their participation for the FIRST® (For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology) Lego League Challenge every year.
Sally speaks four languages : English, Mandarin, Cantonese and Hokkien. She is married with one child and is based in Singapore.
