Ma. Ritzelda Arao-Santos is the Head of Corporate Marketing for Pricewide, Inc. – a company that focuses on the development of new businesses and manages establishments in the retail, property, health, and education industries. She directs all marketing strategies on corporate marketing communications, advertising and public relations for Ever Malls and its other company subsidiaries. Since joining the company in 2002, she spearheaded several Marketing innovations and Integrated Marketing programs that increased mall traffic, sales and improved brand recognition for Ever Malls. With over 23 years of total experience in the field of marketing and advertising, she has notably designed and authored various marketing systems and procedures that improved efficiency of the department. Ma. Ritzelda received her BA of Advertising Arts, Cum Laude at University of Santo Tomas and recently completed a short course on Customer Engagement, Social Media, Planning & Analytics Digital Marketing Course of Columbia Business School & Emeritus. In addition to her extensive experience as a marketer, she is now exploring potential new ways to serve, connect and collaborate with their customer network by initiating digital transformation programs for the company. She is a Bicolano, having spent her childhood years in Legazpi City, Albay and currently lives in Antipolo with her husband and son.
