Marilyn “Lynn” Romero-Ventenilla has over 29 years’ experience in organizational communication, creatives, advertising, public relations, and digital marketing gained in globally distributed and culturally sensitive employee environments.
Lynn currently serves as Senior Director for Communication and Marketing at Teleperformance Philippines. She joined the company in 2011 and is responsible for strategic communication programs that help elevate the brand health and equity, as well as expand relationship opportunities for the company’s stakeholders.
Prior to joining Teleperformance, Lynn headed the corporate communication and marketing programs of businesses based in China, Macau, Hong Kong, Cambodia, Las Vegas, and across the Philippines. She has built her communications career in industries including IT-BPM outsourcing, gaming, media, entertainment, apparel supply chain, pre-need financial services, and knowledge management technology.
