She successfully organised two international Hair & Beauty Online Photography competitions, bringing in more than 20 internationally recognised master judges to judge over 200 creative inspirations worldwide.

Within the FMCG industry, under her purview, Mabel successfully developed brands such as Carlsberg as the bestselling SKU in the notable Giant supermarket. She also developed Hoyu as No. 1 bestselling brand in Singapore in the DIY Haircolor for 2 consecutive years.

As a risk-taker, Mabel is constantly challenging the trade with new ways to change the playfield.
