Suraj Jadhav, an executive with over 13 years of experience in loyalty program management, customer retention, campaign management across multiple industries – online travel, financial services, e-commerce, business consulting, airlines loyalty and, restaurants business and across geographies – India, US, Canada, Europe, Middle East, & North Africa.

Suraj successfully launched India’s first online travel loyalty program at MakeMyTrip.com. In his previous stint he worked with InterMiles (earlier JetPrivilege) which is one of the biggest & most successful loyalty programs in India.

Over the period, Suraj has developed the knack to set up CRM/customer retention function & processes from scratch & to successfully scale it to deliver business growth.
