Sreeratha has over 20 years of expertise, with a focus on Customer Experience, Transformation Initiatives, Customer Lifetime Value (CLV), Retention, and Project/Programme Management. Sree has worked in a variety of industries, including telecommunications, insurance, consumer banking, and fast-moving consumer goods. She is a Customer Experience expert who takes delight in transforming organisations to become more customer-centric in their operations.
She is a strong believer in listening to the voice of customers and acting on their pain points. In addition, she has delivered organisation-wide transformation projects focused on driving efficiency, fuelled by automation, RPA, and AI.
Sree is deeply committed to mentoring and developing her employees, helping them advance their careers and prepare for greater responsibilities. She takes pride in fostering a supportive environment where individuals can grow and thrive.
Recently, Sree has expanded her mentoring efforts by volunteering with NGOs that support women entrepreneurs and career women. She is passionate about empowering young women in the workforce, offering guidance, support, and encouragement to help them succeed in their professional journeys.
