Melanie Phua is a seasoned FMCG and CPG transformation leader and full value chain strategist, with over 15 years of boardroom and P&L experience across Asia Pacific. She has spearheaded cross border expansion and export growth, building brands across Southeast Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. As former managing director of Vitasoy and UCC Coffee, and director at Aryzta, she has led complex transformations, stabilising organisations and driving sustainable growth through operational discipline and people centric leadership. Earlier in her career, she gained deep customer engagement insights at The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf and strengthened market foundations at DKSH. Melanie brings to the judging panel a balanced perspective, valuing trust, culture, and talent engagement as the foundation of loyalty and long term success.
