She currently leads brand, corporate responsibility, DE&I and innovation for Sodexo Malaysia and Singapore, with oversight of food services — ensuring strong alignment between brand strategy, culinary excellence and client experience. Prior to Sodexo, she built her career across sectors including luxury, banking, automotive and entertainment, developing a versatile, data-informed and insight-led approach to brand building. Her cross-industry exposure has shaped her ability to connect commercial objectives with purposeful storytelling and customer experience. Her work consistently focuses on three pillars: purpose-driven brand positioning, innovation as a growth engine, and people-centered leadership.
