Fernando Sarael is a digital and media leader with over 14 years of experience driving brand reputation and commercial growth across FMCG, technology, and global enterprise sectors.

Currently serving as head of newsroom at RGE Group, he leads a digital center of excellence focused on standardising reputation strategies and translating complex business priorities into high-impact, audience-centric content.

Prior to RGE, Fernando was business director and head of social & content at Ogilvy, where he led sustained portfolio growth across Wyeth Nutrition and Nestlé while pioneering scalable content strategies that became a key growth driver for the agency. Before that, he held client leadership roles at Lion & Lion, driving consecutive new business wins including Danone, L’Oréal, Bayer, FWD, and XL Axiata.

As an award-winning leader, Fernando combines creative storytelling with analytical rigor, further strengthened by a data science programme from Singapore Management University, to deliver measurable brand and business impact.
