Evelyn is an experienced Marketing Director specialising in strategic leadership, consumer insights, data and marketing analysis. This enables and supports her to create innovative customer-centric brand campaigns and loyalty programs to optimise brand presence and drive customer engagement. She was a ‘finalist’ in the World Media Awards for her role in launching a new brand campaign supported by a multi-channel marketing approach. In addition Evelyn supported innovative marketing approaches during COVID through improved brand loyalty and customer journeys and led the marketing strategies that enabled Ferrero to become the #1 boxed chocolate brand.
