Jane is a trailblazing CX and HR leader in the Philippines whose areas of expertise include Employee Experience, Employee Loyalty and Engagement, Strategic Recruitment, Organization Development (OD), Learning and Development, Customer Experience, Customer Insights, and Customer Advocacy, Loyalty, and Engagement.
She is one of few banking leaders in the country certified as Customer Experience Management (CEM) Professional by the Global CEM Organization. She holds a PhD in Clinical Psychology, which complements her decades of experience in OD. Before joining the banking industry, Jane spent a decade in the hotel industry which allowed her to integrate hospitality practices into EX and CX principles, thereby designing and deploying game-changing programs for customers and employees.
Jane teaches Industrial and Clinical Psychology courses at the Graduate School of the Pontifical, Royal, and Catholic University of the Philippines, University of Santo Tomas, where she also earned her Master’s and Doctorate degrees.
