With over 15 years of experience, Cheryl is a seasoned marketer recognised in driving innovative solutions with a natural flair for connecting data and customer insights to executable ideas. She has contributed to many award-wining campaigns that not only has a proven track record of success to solve commercial problems but add value back to customers.

In her current recent role as Associate Director leading the Digital Channel Engagement team for Singtel, Cheryl is currently focusing on driving the performance and growth of My Singtel App and developing go to market programmes to increase acquisition, engagement and discovery of the app.

In her previous role, Cheryl was responsible for driving the success of Singtel Dash rewards loyalty and engagement programme which won various regional awards including best in class loyalty programme and most innovative use of mobile. She was also responsible for developing strong partnerships to build a competitive rewards catalogue, implementation of new mechanics and in-app gamification features to delight customers as well as ensuring an excellent user experience of the programme.
