Her career spans leading digital companies such as Grab, AirAsia, and Lazada, where she developed deep expertise in scaling customer-centric solutions and building robust digital ecosystems. At Shell, she has played a pivotal role in launching multiple app-based solutions to meet evolving customer refuelling behaviour and modernise loyalty experiences.
