Alvin is an accomplished marketing professional with over 18 years’ experience in various industries. He has a strong track record of developing successful marketing campaigns that have driven business growth for his employers. Alvin has a deep understanding of marketing strategy, branding, customer engagement, and is highly skilled in digital marketing, corporate communications, social media, and content marketing.

He is currently the Director of Marketing and Operations Planning at Busy Bees Asia, a leading global early childhood education provider, leading a regional marketing, communications, customer service and admissions team and managing 15 brands in three countries.

Prior to his current role at Busy Bees Asia, Alvin held senior marketing positions at several reputable companies and public organisations, where he honed his expertise in a wide range of different industries, including MICE, biomedical, civil service, sports and education. He was also an adjunct faculty in the field of marketing to MBA students from 2020 to 2022.

Alvin holds a Master of Business Administration jointly awarded by IE Business School and Singapore Management University. He is passionate about using his skills and expertise to make a positive impact on society, and is a firm believer that education is the most effective social leveller.
