Ms. Alice Fok is a business leader with diverse senior management experience in wealth and retail banking across product management, data analytics, digital banking, customer experience and marketing. She has a strong track record of success in building innovative solution and winning teams to provide optimal values to consumers and outstanding business results in financial services in US and Standard Chartered Bank and Citibank in Singapore.

In her current role, Ms. Fok oversees Customer Propositions for onshore and offshore banking, Customer Experience, Digital Engagement & Sales in Wealth & Personal Banking, and Marketing across wealth continuum from Retail banking in Singapore to Private Banking in SEA.  Ms. Fok’ s depth of knowledge especially in leveraging customer insights and data analytics to drive a customer-centric culture aim to enable the bank to further sharpen its propositions and develop marketing strategies that support its bold growth ambitions.
